1. Do you have phthalates in the fragrances you use?

The perfume compositions we use do NOT contain phthalates. Phthalates are synthetic raw materials, but the fragrance compositions in our products are made from natural raw materials.

2. What is the significance of Ecocert COSMOS Organic vs. COSMOS Natural certification?

While both are rigorous, COSMOS Organic demands a higher threshold of organically farmed ingredients. This means a larger proportion of raw materials are cultivated without synthetic pesticides or GMOs, ensuring greater ecological accountability and purer actives on skin.

3. How many times a day should I use this cleanser?

For oily skin, cleansing twice daily (morning and evening) is recommended.
For normal or combination skin, use once in the evening after makeup removal.
For very dry or compromised skin (showing flaking, redness, or tightness), we advise avoiding cleansers altogether and using only pure natural oils, as the skin barrier may already be fragile.
