How to Use: Apply directly to makeup-covered skin, ideally on your cheekbones or hands, then massage in circular motions to remove makeup. For eye makeup, you can add some makeup remover to your fingers and gently massage it off or use a reusable cotton round (or regular cotton rounds, Q-tips, cotton puffs). However you prefer to use it, we promise it removes your makeup. Follow up with a gentle towel to pat dry, (if you prefer or go onto next step with it on) and then use one of our cleansers to wash away the removed makeup.

1.) How does the two-phase system work?
Who said water and oil don't mix? Not us! Our biphasic formula combines an oil-based phase with a water-based phase. Before using, shake to emulsify the layers. This lets the oil phase dissolve makeup and sebum, while the water phase hydrates and soothes. This leaves your skin clean and comfortable. Say goodbye to that stripped dry feeling after removing your makeup!
2.) If this product is fragrance-free, why does it have an aroma?
Fragrance-free means that there are no added perfumes included in the formulation. Any scent you smell comes naturally from the botanical ingredients. These natural aromas are mild and part of the plant-derived components, not added fragrances.
3.) Can I use it around my eyes?
Yes, it is gentle enough for the eye area. However, avoid direct contact with the eyes. For sensitive eyes, apply on a cotton pad and press gently before wiping.
